The 30' x 14' private swimming pool and luxury spa/jacuzzi are Southwest-facing.

The extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening.
 Chill out as you watch the sun go down over the fabulous conservation woodland.
For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
(A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required)
The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.

For your added security, there is a secure safe where you can leave your valuables when out of the house
